LPT Leadership Performance and Team Building specialises in Action Centred Leadership Training and management development training globally. LPT designs, publishes and distributes a range of unique training products and management course material. LPT’s products have helped leadership and management trainers deliver Action Centred Leadership Courses and management training in lively and informative sessions that reinforce key learning points for over 38 years.

LPT was established by Sandy Bushby (Ellvers-Dix) following her work with Professor John Adair in the delivery of Action Centred Leadership Training for The Industrial Society. John Adair and Michael Bailey developed a tool for measuring leadership traits based on a theory pioneered by John entitled Action Centred Leadership. The model of leadership using the Task, Team and Individual provides a framework to analyse and ultimately improve the leadership skills of people managers.

Following the successful introduction and implementation of this tool, the team at LPT developed a range of products to assist in the improvement of interpersonal skills including time management, motivation and assertiveness.
